VMRE Capital Partners, the Belgium-based family investment group from the Van de Moortel family, acquired Flora World in partnership with its existing management team. This collaboration combines VMRE’s expertise with that of Flora World, a leading designer and distributor of high-quality artificial plants and trees. With this new partnership, the aim is to expand to Scandinavia and Southern Europe.

They offer a diverse collection of over 800 varieties, including shrubs, hanging plants, flowering plants, potted plants, branches, grasses, cacti, and elegant trees with natural wooden trunks. Beyond sales and distribution, the company provides expert guidance to help customers choose the ideal artificial greenery for their projects.
