The construction group Willemen Groep acquires a strategic stake in metal construction company Almex Metaal.
This investment solidifies the successful cooperation between the two leading companies and allows for Almex Metaal to further develop within the ranks of the Willemen group of companies. Willemen Groep in turn secures for the long term capabilities within the steel construction sector.

The group has c. 2.100 workers and a yearly revenue of c. 750m EUR and is one of the bigger family-owned construction groups in Belgium, with a full focus on innovation, digitalization and sustainability.
