TMS Software strengthens its position with German software investor

TMS Software, an established Belgian provider of software components and development tools, has been acquired by Legacies. The transaction marks a new chapter for TMS, with continuity for employees, customers and partners remaining a key priority.

 

As part of the acquisition, founder Bruno Fierens will step back from day-to-day operations and assume the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Dennis Roehner, Managing Director of Legacies, has been appointed General Manager of TMS Software. The company will continue to operate as an independent entity.
