Investment firm Tilleghem has acquired a stake in Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura, a Belgian consulting group specialised in strategy, operational efficiency, customer centricity and digital transformation. Through the transaction, Tilleghem acquires the stake previously held by French investment firm Ardian, which exits after nearly five years.
The management team of Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura, led by managing partner Filip Leflot, reinvests and will together with the partners retain a small majority stake, ensuring continuity and continued commitment to the company’s growth.
With Tilleghem as its new financial partner, Nova Reperta aims to further strengthen its position in the Benelux and expand its service offering. The firm serves clients including AXA, Carglass, PostLux and DPG Media.
