Plastivan joins forces with Fedrus International

Plastivan, a family-owned company and manufacturing specialist in the extrusion of PVC and WPC building profiles, joins forces with Fedrus International. Fedrus International, also a family-owned group, is a leading European player in the construction industry. Plastivan will continue to operate as an autonomous business unit within the Fedrus group while both parties have the ambition to jointly capitalise on the synergy roadmap.

VDP acted as advisor to the Van Overschelde family (shareholders of Plastivan).

Plastivan is a leading Belgian manufacturer and specialist in the extrusion of PVC and WPC building profiles for indoor and outdoor usage. The company operates internationally with various production plants and sales offices in Belgium and abroad. The company is fully vertically integrated and distributes its product range worldwide under different brand names (e.g. Duofuse, Durasid, Beltecto, Cascade). This range includes cladding systems, deckings, fencings, gutter systems and wall panels.
