Outspot brings Integra on board as new partner

Integra has acquired a stake in Outspot with the ambition of supporting the strong internationalisation of the e-commerce company. VDP has guided the shareholders of Outspot through the realisation of this transaction.

Outspot

Outspot, founded in 2008, is a Belgian pioneer in the niche of flash sales. Outspot offers daily discount deals to its customer base of around 10 million members through a fully automated and internally developed technology platform. In order to do this, Outspot makes use of AI-driven online marketing techniques. Thanks to a number of (recent) acquisitions, the company has grown into a European player that is already active across 10 European countries. In the short term, Outspot wants to expand and further reinforce its market leadership.

Integra

Integra, founded in 2018, is a private equity fund that offers its investors an integrated platform for private equity investments. It combines investments in local SMEs and in international private equity funds with direct investments in international companies in cooperation with these funds (co-investments). The shareholders of Outspot, including BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, saw in Integra the ideal partner to further support the successful international growth trajectory throughout.
