Gilde Equity Management, a leading private equity investor with € 2 billion assets under management, has acquired a majority stake in CBS Beton. CBS is a renowned manufacturer of precast concrete products used in infrastructure projects, as well as in the agriculture and industrial sectors. Founder and CEO Henk Ciers will remain on board and continue to lead the company operationally. Additionally, the management team will become shareholders.

 

Henk Ciers has brought Gilde on board to expand production capacity and take further steps in internationalisation, both organically and through acquisitions.

 

VDP acted as the exclusive advisor to the shareholders of CBS Beton.
