Ecubel acquired by Groupe ATF

Groupe ATF (France) acquires Ecubel, specialised in the reuse and resale of IT equipment. With this acquisition Groupe ATF gets a foothold in Belgium and is able to further roll out its development strategy in Europe. This acquisition is the fourth acquisition of the group.

VDP has advised the shareholders of Ecubelin in realising this transaction.
