Chatlayer taken over by Sinch

The Antwerp-based Chatlayer.ai was acquired by the Swedish listed company Sinch, which provides services to Google, Microsoft, Uber and Toyota.

 

VDP advised Chatlayer’s shareholders in selling their company.

Founded in Antwerp in 2018, Chatlayer.ai is a cloud-based software platform that allows companies to create multilingual chatbots and voicebots using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU). The platform enables intelligent two-way conversations between businesses and their customers across multiple communication channels such as mobile messaging, voice and web chat.
