Finco has acquired a minority stake in B-inside with the ambition to further support the strong growth of the company. VDP has advised the shareholders of B-inside in realizing this transaction.

B-inside, founded in 1997, supports SMEs in their ongoing digital transformation by offering a broad range of IT outsourcing solutions, including cloud, IT security, mobility, communications, hardware, managed services, maintenance services and AI. B-inside also markets its proprietary ERP software packages InTex and InDis tailored for the textile and distribution industries. Since its creation, b-inside has realized an impressive growth path, both organically and through several acquisitions of complementary IT solution players. Today, the Company counts 55 employees and serves 800 clients.
