Atlantic Engineering, located in Nevele, was sold via an Earn Deal to a group of strategic investors. The owners Franck Velghe and his wife Viviane Vanderlinden sold the company to a group of investors and re-enter the company themselves.

VDP advised the sellers and investors and took charge of the complete set-up of the deal: acquisition financing, supervision of the Vendor Due Diligence, set-up of the acquisition structure, drawing up and elaboration of contracts, implementation of a corporate governance policy.
