ARCHE Consulting and investment company Tilleghem are joining forces with the aim of international expansion and a broader integrated service offering.

ARCHE Consulting is a firm specialized in advising on regulations related to the use of chemical substances. Together with Tilleghem, ARCHE Consulting will focus on organic and acquisitive growth.

VDP acted as the exclusive advisor to ARCHE Consulting.

ARCHE Consulting

ARCHE Consulting works with manufacturers and importers of chemicals, biocides (agents to combat harmful organisms), cosmetics, crop protection products, fertilizers, or biostimulants. The company assists these businesses with product registration, data analysis, communication with authorities, and toxicology modeling. It employs over 40 people and generates a revenue of 6 million euros.

The Ghent-based consultant has already submitted more than 500 REACH registration dossiers and obtained national or European approval for hundreds of biocide products. REACH is the legislation regulating the use of chemical substances in Europe.
