The Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) was founded (2009) by like-minded corporate finance firms across the globe to offer investments and exchange expertise on an international basis. On average, 241 cross-border deals are concluded per year via the AICA network, also by companies from different continents. In addition, we regularly meet the other 40 partner offices during international conferences.
Solid reputation
AICA members all have a solid reputation in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, have a broad network, a proven track record and an excellent knowledge of the local markets. They focus on companies with an enterprise value between US$5M-$200M.
AICA is primarily active in developed economies North America and EMEA. In addition, the presence in high-growth markets such as South America, China, India and Brazil is growing.
